Young drivers in Hampshire can claim £75 towards Pass Plus if you register with Hampshire County Council.  Pass Plus is a training course designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with help from insurers and the driving instruction industry that helps new drivers improve their skills and widen their driving experience by dealing with a wide range of road and traffic situations. To be eligible to register for this offer the driver must have passed their test in the last 12 months, live in Hampshire (excluding Southampton & Portsmouth unitary authority areas) and be aged 17-24 years.

If you have taken a Pass Plus scheme course it will be benficial for car insurance purposes.
